physical properties of a supercritical 660 MW unit changed

so parameters of the coordination control system(CCS)need to be set and optimized.Several optimization methods were introduced in this paper

such as setting the coal quantity reduce loop under high load condition

revising the feedforward curve of the boiler

regulating the main steam pressure and its sliding rate

releasing more heat by setting the main steam pressure.Moreover

disturbance tests on setting value of unit load

furnace pressure and main steam temperature were carried out to analyze the control quality and load response rate of the unit after the optimization.The results show that

the unit control system has stable parameters and good dynamic control quality

which can meet the requirements of safe and stable operation of the unit.
