The flow rate and atomization characteristics of sprayer have obvious influence on denitrification efficiency of the selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) system. The main factors influencing the flow rate and atomization characteristics of the SNCR internal-mixing sprayer
such as the liquid pressure
gas pressure and gasliquid ratio
were studied
especially the influence on the spray distance. The results show that
the liquid flow characteristic curve conforms to the exponential relationship of Q_w≈(p_w-p_3)0.5. The optimal design pressure of the gas in the sprayer is p_w≤p_a≤p_w+0.1 MPa. The atomized particle size got larger with the liquid pressure
and the spray range grew obviously. With an increase in the gas-liquid ratio
the atomized particle size got smaller
and the spray range shrinked. Considering the stiffness spray range problem
the gas-liquid ratio should be selected as 0.10. Moreover
a design gas-liquid ratio of less than 0.10(k ALR≤0.10) can significantly enlarge the spray range. Increasing the initial pressure of gas and liquid can not improve the spray distance significantly
