To detect the soluble anions in insulator contamination accurately
a method based on capillary ion chromatography was put forward. The separation was achieved on IonP ac AS18 capillary anions analytical column with optimized KOH gradient elution and 0.4μL injection at 10μL/min after the proper pretreatment
and then the analytes were detected by suppressed conductivity. The external standard calibration curve was used for the quantitative analysis.Under the chosen conditions
the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 99.9%.The detection of limit with S/N=3 was in the range of 0.22

4.27μg/L
and the average r
ecoveries were in the range of 88.2%

01.0%.Hence
this method has better repeatability and accuracy
and is very suitable for the determination of soluble anions in insulator contamination. It is proved that isocratic elution could cause the error for the detection of soluble anions in insulator contamination. Moreover
it was conformed that NO

which might be related to the increase in the emission of pollutants in the atmosphere.
