In order to optimize the system parameters and improve the stability of high frequency Z-source converter
the nonlinear characteristics of high frequency Z-source converter with peak current control are analyzed.Based on the equation of state
an accurate discrete iterative mapping model of the converter in continuous operation mode is established. The improved Jacobian matrix is applied to judge the law of stability of the system that changes with the reference current
Z-source network inductance capacitance
and other different parameters
and to determine the stable operating region of the system. Finally
the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments. The results of this paper show that the nonlinear phenomena such as bifurcation and chaos exist in high frequency Z-source converter
when the circuit parameters of the high frequency Z-source converter are defined as the stable region
the stability of the system will be greatly improved
and the reference for the improvement of the control performance can be provided.
