Islanding with DG can improve the reliability of active distribution network after the fault has occured. In view of the imbalance between supply and demand caused by the double time-varying of clean energy and load power in the process of recovery
and the problem of not fully exerting the potential of flexible load regulation
a dynamic islanding strategy for distribution network is proposed. Firstly
priority searching in detail is carried out on the networks in each time period. The maximum amount of equivalent load in the recovery process is taken as an objective function
so that the initial range of islands can be obtained at each time. Secondly
the regulation potential of the controllable load is excavated in the island
and using the harmonic algorithm to obtain the optimal range of island partition can be obtained. IEEE33 node system simulation analysis shows that the proposed strategy can effectively reduce the overall cost loss
