Photosensitive resin is a common material in 3D printing technology
which can be applied to the production of insulation support materials for high-voltage power equipment(such as surface grooves
different insulator shapes
etc.) to meet the needs of individual production. In order to analyze the surface flashover performance of photosensitive resin and the surface damage caused by continuous discharge
the flashover performance of photosensitive resin was compared with that of conventional insulator. Moreover
continuous discharge was carried out in the surface layer of photosensitive resin
and the flashover voltage
surface morphology
arc and emission spectrum were observed under different discharge times. The Weibull distribution was used to analyze the regulation and aging effects of c
ontinuous discharge. The experimental results show that the flashover voltage of photosensitive resin is slightly higher than that of polytetrafluoroethene and nylon. In the process of continuous discharge
burning-in and aging will coexist
but mainly in a form of aging. The surface morphology near cathode triple junction and the formation of fixed discharge erosion channel are important factors affecting the insulation performance. After continuous discharge
the insulator is decomposed and carbonized due to arc burning. With the increase of discharge times
the C
2
involved in the formation of discharge plasma channel decreases. The research results can provide references for material selection and design of high voltage vacuum solid insulation parts.
