摘要
为了解决大规模光伏接入主动配电网后引起的节点电压越限和波动的问题
提出了一种含智能软开关(soft open point
SOP)的主动配电网3阶段鲁棒电压控制(three-stage robust voltage control
A three-stage robust voltage control(TSRVC) method with soft open point(SOP) is proposed to solve the problem of voltage violations and fluctuations in the active distribution network(ADN) with high penetration photovoltaic(PV). At the first stage
the uncertainties of PV output and load are considered on a long time scale. The tap position of OLTC and the set number of CBs are optimized robustly. At the second stage
the active power of each SOP is optimized on a short time scale based on the short-term prediction of PV and load
and the voltage-var control curves are optimized. At the third stage
the local reactive power output of each SOP is dynamically adjusted according to the real-time measured voltage and the voltage-var control curve on the minute scale. Finally
the proposed method is simulated on the improved IEEE 33 node system. The results show that the proposed TSRVC method can be adopted to fully deal with the uncertainty of PV output and load
effectively control the node voltage in an ideal range
and significantly reduce the power loss of the system
realizing the voltage control of ADN with high penetration PV.
