Compressed natural gas(CNG) refueling stations are widely distributed in the urban energy internet
and their participation in the demand response of the power system has great potential. Consequently
based on an original model
further consideration was given to the cooperation between the front-end system and the original model
such as the production capacity of the dehydration unit and the operating pressure of the buffer tank
and an internal coordination operation model of the rapid charging process in the CNG refueling station was established. An economic operation scheduling model of CNG refueling station in which the peak-valley time-of-use electricity price strategy is taken into consideration was also proposed. In the proposed model
the constraints of energy equipment switching frequency penalty cost and gas state equation are taken into consideration. An improved genetic algorithm combining dual elite retention strategy and repair factor was used to solve the model
and it was verified by the data of a CNG refueling station in a certain place. The results show that the method can be adopted to effectively reduce the power operation cost by about 53.14% and reduce the switching frequency by 16.67% under the condition of meeting a certain CNG load. This method can provide a friendly way of power and gas networks interconnection.
