Aiming at the problem that the charging for electrified ships may cause the imbalance of distribution network tidal current distribution
we designed a new type of port distribution network day-ahead economic dispatch strategy. First
we analyzed the temporal and spatial coordinated transfer and flexible power consumption characteristics of all-electric container ships(ECS) and refrigerated containers(RFC)
and proposed a concept of coordinated response to the power regulation demand of the distribution network. On this basis
the uncertainty of wind power generation was fully taken into consideration
and the constraints of ECS&RFC energy spatio-temporal coordination response were taken into account
so that
a day-ahead robust economic dispatch model for the port distribution network was established with the goal of minimizing daily operating costs
and the Shapley value method "distribution according to work" ECS and RFC demand side response benefits were introduced. The simulation results based on the IEEE 11-node distribution network and 10 electric ships show that the day-ahead economic dispatch strategy proposed in this paper reduces the annual operating cost of the port distribution network by 7.9% compared with the traditional scheme
which is feasible and reasonable
and is based on the Shapley value method. The distribution of benefits can ensure the fairness and rationality of the distribution of benefits among members.
