基于灰度关联法和TOPSIS法的继电保护状态评估综合算法研究与应用

Research and Application of Comprehensive Algorithm of Relay Protection Status Assessment Based on Gray Correlation Analysis and TOPSIS Method

  • 摘要: 针对目前保护设备状态评估工作过于简单、主观、不便等情况,为使保护设备状态评估能更准确地反映装置运行状态,提供更系统、全面的信息,构建了继电保护综合评价体系,提出了一种基于组合评价方法的保护装置全周期多维在线评估方法,并综合考虑近年来的保护装置运行状况,在现有评价方法已具备的随机性、模糊性、重要性和可行性等基础上,引入模糊数学理论、TOPSIS法和变权重分析等方法并结合云模型法优化了保护评价工作的各个环节,确保评价结果的客观、公正。最后通过实际算例验证表明了该方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: At present, the state evaluation for relay devices is too simple, subjective and inconvenient. To make the state evaluation of the relay devices more accurately reflect the state of targeted devices and provide more comprehensive information, a comprehensive evaluation system is established for relay protection and a whole-cycle multi-dimension on-line assessment method is proposed based on combined evaluation methods. Considering the operation conditions of protective devices over the recent years and on the basis of the randomness, fuzziness, importance and feasibility of current assessment method, the fuzzy mathematics theory, TOPSIS method and variable weight analysis method are introduced to optimize all aspects of the protection evaluation work with combination of the cloud method to ensure the objectiveness of the evaluation result. The case study has proved the effectiveness of the proposed method.
