Research on Optimal Control Strategy of Energy Storage for Improving New Energy Consumption

  • 摘要: 在中国提升新能源消纳能力、助力碳达峰碳中和目标实现的背景下,提出了一种基于解耦的储能参与新能源消纳的优化控制方法。针对储能系统优化控制非线性模型求解难题,提出了基于解耦的线性简化方法,利用枚举优化和迭代潮流计算结合方法,建立了满足提升新能源消纳目标和电网安全运行约束的储能运行紧致约束条件。算例测试显示,基于解耦的线性简化模型与原有非线性模型保持一致,降低了高阶优化控制模型的求解难度,保障了储能提升新能源消纳的快速可靠决策,提升了新能源和储能综合运行效益。

     

    Abstract: To achieve the carbon peak and neutrality goals by improving the new energy consumption, a decoupling based optimal control method of energy storage is proposed. For the problem of solving the nonlinear model of optimal control, a linearization and simplification method based on decoupling is presented. Using the enumeration optimization and iterative load flow, the constraint of energy storage operation is compacted, which guarantees the objective of new energy consumption promotion and operation security constraints. The case analysis shows that the simplified linear model is consistent with the original nonlinear model and the difficulty of solving the high-order optimal control model is reduced. It ensures the fast and reliable decision of energy storage to promote the new energy consumption, and increases the comprehensive benefits of new energy and energy storage.
