铝蜂窝密封结构设计及性能研究

摘要: 开发了一种不易产生摩擦火花的铝蜂窝密封。运用ANSYS和CFX软件,确定铝蜂窝密封的最小壁厚,在此基础上研究了壁厚单独变化以及壁厚、蜂窝对边距、蜂窝深度3者联合变化对其密封性能的影响,并从密封压力降的角度分析了由上述参数的变化导致铝蜂窝密封泄漏量改变的机制。计算结果表明:铝蜂窝密封的壁厚应不小于0.5mm;铝蜂窝密封的压力降随着壁厚的增加而减小,这导致其泄漏量随着壁厚的增加而增大;为了使泄漏量趋于最小,对应于不同的壁厚,铝蜂窝密封应具有不同的蜂窝深度与蜂窝对边距的最优比值。设计并制造了2种铝蜂窝密封。Abstract: A kind of aluminum honeycomb seals which would hardly make friction sparks was explored.The ANSYS and CFX software were used to determine the minimum wall thickness of this honeycomb seals,and to study how the single change of wall thickness and how the joint change of wall thickness,honeycomb opposite edges distance and honeycomb depth influenced its sealing performance.Meanwhile,analysis from the perspective of sealing pressure drop explained why the difference of those parameters above would cause the changing of aluminum honeycomb seals’ leakage.Results show that the wall thickness of aluminum honeycomb seals shouldn’t be less than 0.5mm;the leakage of aluminum honeycomb seals increase with the wall thickness increasing,since its pressure drop minish with it.The results also show that different optimal ratios of honeycomb depth and honeycomb opposite edges distance are suitable for the aluminum honeycomb seals with different wall thicknesses,aiming at reducing their leakage to minimum.Two specifications aluminum honeycomb seals were designed and produced.
