高精度无差拍磁链观测器设计

Design of High Precision Dead-beat Flux Observer

  • 摘要: 感应电机磁链观测的准确性直接影响电机控制的准确性和稳定性。传统的开环电流模型和电压模型在低速段和高速段都受到电机参数等因素的限制,严重制约电机的输出特性。为了提高磁链观测器的准确性和稳定性,采用一种新型的闭环磁链模型,综合电流模型和电压模型的优势,并采用包含相位补偿的过渡函数,不仅在全速段保证了磁链模型的准确性,而且减小了磁链观测器对电机参数的敏感性。为了实现磁链的无差拍控制,在磁链观测器中加入定子电流观测器单元,解决了定子电流采样滞后一个采样周期的问题,实现转子磁链观测器无差拍的输出。该文采用频率响应函数分析磁链观测器的特性,仿真和实验验证了算法的正确性和稳定性。

     

    Abstract: The flux observer seriously influences the stability and accuracy of induction motors. The performance is restricted to the sensitivity of the motor parameters of the traditional open-loop current and voltage flux observer under low or high speed. In order to improve the accuracy and stability of flux observer, a novel close-loop flux observer is implemented, which includes the current and voltage flux observer cooperated with phase-compensated transition function. The accuracy and insensitivity to motor parameter are insured in the whole speed range. The deadbeat stator current observer is added to solve the one sample cycle delay. By the observer characteristic function being utilized to analyze flux observer, along with the simulation and experiment, the accuracy and stability are verified.
