永磁辅助同步磁阻电机设计及其关键技术发展综述

Design and Key Technology Development of Permanent Magnet Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor

  • 摘要: 永磁辅助同步磁阻电机(permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor,PMaSynRM)继承了永磁同步电机和同步磁阻电机的优点,既具有转矩和功率密度高的特点,又具备调速范围宽和性价比高的优点。因此,其在电动车辆,医疗器械、航空航天等领域具有广阔的应用前景。该文首先介绍PMaSynRM的工作原理,然后针对国内外对PMaSynRM已展开的研究工作,从电机机械应力、转矩脉动抑制和高容错性能设计等方面进行综述。最后,基于PMaSynRM的发展现状,对其未来研究的发展趋势进行展望。

     

    Abstract: The permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor(PMaSynRM) combines the advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor and synchronous reluctance motor, such as high torque/power density, wide speed range and high-cost performance. It has broad application prospects in the fields of electric vehicles, medical equipments, and aerospaces. This paper firstly introduced the working principle of PMaSynRM and discussed the research work of PMaSynRM at home and abroad. Then, researches about the PMaSynRM were summarized through the following aspects: the mechanical stress, the torque ripple suppression, and high fault tolerance performance design. Finally, the developing trends of PMaSynRM were analyzed based on the development status of PMaSynRM.
