应变场强法在涡轮盘–片结构寿命预测中的应用
Application of Strain Field Intensity Approach for Life Prediction in Turbine Disc-blade Structures

摘要: 场强法是一种精度较高的随机载荷疲劳寿命估算方法,值得深入研究和发展。根据场强法基本原理和某涡轮叶片材料光滑试件和缺口试件的疲劳试验数据,运用有限元分析方法对缺口试件试验进行模拟,推导了材料应变场强的计算公式并得到了材料的场径值。进而对涡轮盘–片结构进行瞬态热弹塑性有限元分析,确定结构危险部位应变场强,结合材料的应变–寿命试验曲线,最终得到了该盘–片结构的疲劳寿命。研究方法与推导过程详尽合理,场强计算公式简单,为预测复杂应力环境下的结构疲劳寿命提供了有益的参考。Abstract: As an accurate method for predicting structural fatigue life under random loads,field intensity approach deserves foundation research.According to the basic theories of field intensity approach and the fatigue testing dates of smooth and notched specimens of the given turbine blade material,the equations of the strain field intensity and the damage field radii of the material were obtained by simulating the tests of notched specimens with finite element method.Then the dynamic thermo–elastic–plastic finite element analysis of the disc-blade structures was completed,and the strain field intensity of the dangerous part of the structures was calculated.Finally the fatigue life of the disc-blade structures was gained according to the strain-life curves of the blade material.The method is reasonable and the calculation process is clear,also the equations of the field intensity are simple.Thus they serve as good references to the fatigue life prediction of structures in complicated stress condition.
