Response-based Wide Area Control for Power System Security and Stability

  • 摘要: 以国内外发生的大面积停电事故为例,分析传统电力系统安全稳定"三道防线"措施存在的失效风险,提出构建防止电力系统发生稳定破坏和大面积停电的电力系统安全稳定超级防线——基于响应的电力系统安全稳定控制系统。并介绍了该系统的框架、基于响应的电力系统广域安全稳定控制的关键技术及基于响应的广域安全稳定控制技术研究的新进展。

     

    Abstract: As examples of the power system widespread blackout accidents occurred in China and abroad,the failure risk of the traditional measures of three-defense lines for power system security and stability were analyzed in this paper.And a super defense line to prevent the loss of stability and widespread blackout of power systems was proposed,that is,the response-based wide area control(RWAC) for power system security and stability.The framework of RWAC,the key technology of RWAC and the new research progress of RWAC were presented in the paper.
