超疏水可逆热致变色智能感温涂层的制备及其性能的研究

Study on Preparation and Performance of Superhydrophobic Reversible Thermochromic Intelligent Temperature Sensitive Coating

  • 摘要: 电气设备发热往往是故障出现的预兆。因此,温度监测是设备巡检的重要部分。研究选用室温硫化硅橡胶作为基体,通过添加变色微胶囊和二氧化硅纳米颗粒构造微纳复合层级结构,简单喷涂后即可得到智能感温超疏水涂层。制备得到的涂层具有优异的稳定性,即使在紫外线照射、砂纸磨损、胶带剥离和强碱/酸溶液处理后仍保持超疏水性。此外,涂层在表面温度升高时由粉红色变为无色,降低后会变回粉红色,颜色能随温度变化可逆重复变化;单位长度沿面放电电压可达10.62kV/cm。由此,该涂层在保证机械性能、提升电气性能的同时实现了带电设备可逆示温。

     

    Abstract: Electrical equipment heating is often a warning of failure. Therefore, temperature monitoring is an important part of equipment inspection. In this study, a reversible thermochromic intelligent superhydrophobic coating is prepared by the simple spraying method. Silicone rubber is used as the substrate to provide low surface energy, and thermochromic microcapsules and silica nanoparticles are used as the filler to construct micro/nano hierarchical structure. The prepared coating demonstrates excellent stability, for it remains superhydrophobic even after UV exposure, sandpaper abrasion, tape peeling, and strong alkali/acid solution treatment. Moreover, the coating exhibits excellent surface discharge resistance, and the flashover voltage can be increased by 12.14% compared with the traditional RTV coating. Based on excellent superhydrophobicity, intelligent temperature discoloration and resistance to surface discharge, this coating can be widely used in self-cleaning or electric insulation, temperature warning and other fields.
