摘要: 针对直流配电网系统,文中提出一种模块化多电平直流变压器结构,该结构仅采用一个高频变压器实现电气隔离和电压匹配,大幅度简化了原副边绝缘设计。为了提高变流器效率并实现模块电压的均衡,文中提出一种双移相控制方法。文中详细介绍了模块化多电平直流变压器的工作原理及控制方式,并分析功率器件的软开关特性。为了验证所提结构的可行性,文中基于碳化硅器件搭建了一台2k W样机,实验结果跟理论分析非常吻合。Abstract: A modular multilevel DC transformer structure for power distribution system was proposed and analyzed in this paper. The proposed converter adopts only one high frequency transformer to realize galvanic isolation and voltage matching, which dramatically simplifies the insulation design. To improve the power efficiency and achieve balanced submodule voltage, a dual phase shift method was proposed. The operation principle and control strategy were presented in detail. The soft switching characteristics of power semiconductors were discussed. To verify the converter and the control method, a 2 k W down-scaled prototype based on silicon carbide device was constructed. The experimental results comply with the theoretical analysis very well.
