准东煤中碱金属的赋存形态及其在热解过程中的迁移规律
Occurrence of Alkali Metals in Zhundong Coal and Its Migration During Pyrolysis Process

摘要: 采用三步化学萃取的方法,研究准东煤中碱金属的赋存形态。将煤样置于惰性气体氛围的管式炉中,研究热解条件下,碱金属随温度在400~1000℃变化的迁移规律。最后用Fact Sage软件模拟了热解过程中准东煤煤灰中碱金属的析出形式。结果表明,准东煤中钠主要以水溶钠的形式存在,而钾则以有机钾和不溶钾为主。准东煤中水溶钠的含量在热解过程中下降明显,并且在温度为400~800℃时释放速率最快,而热解过程中水溶钾的含量则相对比较稳定,高温下,钾钠之间会发生置换反应。实验和Fact Sage模拟结果均表明,热解过程中,准东煤中的碱金属主要以氯化物的形式释放。Abstract: Method of three-step-extraction was used to research the existing form of alkali metals in Zhundong Coal. Coal samples were placed in the tube furnace which was in inert atmosphere to study the migration of alkali metals varying with temperature from 400 to 1000 ℃. Finally, the release forms of alkali metals from coal ash during pyrolysis process were simulated by Factsage. The results show that sodium in Zhundong coal exists mainly in the form of water soluble sodium, while potassium is in the form of organic potassium and insoluble potassium. The content of water soluble sodium in Zhundong coal descends obviously in the process of pyrolysis and the release rate is the fastest at the temperature between 400 to 800 ℃, While the concentration of water soluble potassium is stable. Replacement reaction will take place at high temperature. The results of experiment and Fact Sage indicate that, in the pyrolysis process, alkali metals are released mainly in the form of chloride.
