新型和阻抗保护判据及其动作行为分析

A Novel Summation Impedance Protection and Its Operation Characteristic Analysis

  • 摘要: 和阻抗保护是解决高压输电线路保护单相高阻接地故障反应灵敏度不足问题的有效手段。通过对此类保护动作判据的分析,指出其动作灵敏性会受线路电容补偿方式影响,而其动作安全性则会受系统振荡影响。为解决上述问题,该文提出一种从根本上消除中长线路电容支接效应及系统振荡影响的新型和阻抗保护判据,并对所提保护判据选相跳闸能力、过渡电阻耐受能力及其应对振荡中故障的动作性能进行理论分析,指出和阻抗继电器存在区内故障时无选相跳闸能力的缺陷,并设计一种阻抗型的稳态量选相判据,与和阻抗继电器主判据配合,实现区内故障的选相跳闸。通过理论分析和仿真试验验证所提和阻抗判据和选相判据的有效性和优越性。

     

    Abstract: Summation impedance protection is a crucial means of solving the sensitivity problem of single-phase high resistance grounding fault in the high voltage transmission line. Through analyzing the criterion, the paper shows that the operation sensitivity of such protection is affected by the capacitance compensation method and its operation security is threatened by the system oscillation. In order to solve these problems, a new protection criterion was proposed, trying to eliminate the influence of long line’s capacitance and system oscillation fundamentally. Theoretical analysis is made of the proposed protection criterion, including phase selection, transition resistance tolerance and the performance dealing with fault during the system oscillation. A suitable phase selection criterion was designed, which was combined with the main criterion of summation impedance relay to realize the fault phase selection tripping. The effectiveness of the proposed protection criteria was verified by simulation.
