电流滞环型永磁同步电机驱动系统的相电流传感器容错控制
Fault-tolerant Control Focusing on Phase Current Sensors of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine Drive Systems Based on Hysteresis Current Control

摘要: 为了实现永磁同步电机驱动系统在发生相电流传感器故障条件下的可靠运行,提出了一种容错控制方法。该永磁同步电机驱动系统采用id 0控制方法,开关策略采用电流滞环方式。基于统计学方法,提出了可靠度的概念,并据此分析了相电流传感器故障。提出了最小电流偏差绝对值法,以确保一旦发生相电流传感器故障后,三相电流值能在任意两个相邻采样周期内得到及时更新。对传统电流滞环控制和容错型电流滞环控制算法进行了对比分析。基于Matlab/Simulink和dSPACE1103,进行了仿真和实验研究,证明了所提容错控制方法的正确性和可靠性。Abstract: To ensure that permanent magnet synchronous machine drive systems can operate reliably once faults of phase current sensors occur,a fault-tolerant control method is proposed.The permanent magnet synchronous machine drive system was controlled by the id???0 control method with the modulation strategy of hysteresis current control.Based on a mathematical statistical method,a new concept of reliability was defined,by which faults of phase current sensors were analyzed.Based on two selection principles,the minimum absolute value of the phase current error(MSVCE) method was proposed to ensure that all three phase currents could be renewed in every two adjacent sampling periods if faults of phase current sensors occur.The MSVCE-based fault-tolerant control method was compared with the normal control method.Based on Matlab/Simulink and dSPACE1103,simulation analysis and experiment verification were carried out respectively.The effectiveness and reliability of the proposed fault-tolerant control method are verified by both the simulated and experimental results.
