摘要: 为对燃烧器的燃烧状态进行合理评价,研究基于模糊原理的多源信息融合评价方法,并将其应用于对单个旋流燃烧器整体燃烧状态的评价。通过融合燃烧器不同区域的燃烧状态信息,获得燃烧稳定性的综合评价值,以直观、全面地反映燃烧器的燃烧状态。实验数据表明,当调整燃烧器的运行工况时,综合评价值能正确反映出燃烧器整体燃烧状态的变化,证明了此方法用于实现多信息融合的燃烧器状态评价的有效性,为燃烧器状态的监测、建模和优化控制提供基础。Abstract: In order to give reasonable evaluation of combustion state of individual swirl burner, an evaluation method fusing multi-source information based on fuzzy theory was described in detail, and it was applied to evaluate the overall combustion state of swirl burner. By fusing state information of different combustion aeras, an evaluation value was yielded, which denotes the combustion state obviously and comprehensively. Experiment data show that such evaluation value reflects the change of overall combustion state when adjusting working condition of a burner. It is concluded that the discussed method is valid to fuse multi-source information for combustion state evaluation of swirl burner, and provides basis for monitoring, modeling, and optimal control of combustion state of individual swirl burner.
