质子交换膜燃料电池单体电压均衡性研究综述

A Review of the Single Cell Voltage Uniformity in Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells

  • 摘要: 质子交换膜燃料电池单体电压均衡性直接反映并影响整个电堆的性能和寿命,因此是燃料电池系统设计、制造及其运行控制的关键因素与重要技术指标。由于燃料电池电堆的单体电压均衡性受多种因素制约,该文从单体电压均衡性的评价方法、材料与结构、运行参数、负载、系统控制、寿命周期等6个方面,对现有燃料电池单体电压均衡性研究进行综述,并对其均衡性影响机理进行归纳总结。最后,对燃料电池电压均衡性研究的未来发展做了相应建议和展望,希望对我国车载燃料电池技术的发展与应用有所裨益。

     

    Abstract: The single cell voltage uniformity of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) stack is one of the key factors and main technical parameters for the design, manufacture and operation control because the voltage uniformity reflects and affects the output performance and lifetime of PEMFCs. Due to the single cell voltage uniformity dominated by several factors, the existing uniformity researches were overviewed from six aspects, including the evaluation methods, the materials and structures, the operational parameters, loads, system control and life cycle. Meanwhile, the influence mechanisms of the above-mentioned six aspects on the voltage uniformity were summarized in detail. Finally, the corresponding suggestions and prospects were made for the future development of the fuel cell uniformity researches which will benefit the developments and applications of vehicle fuel cell technologies in China.
