电力电子变压器技术研究综述

Research Review of Power Electronic Transformer Technologies

  • 摘要: 随着智能电网、能源互联网等未来电网技术的快速发展,能实现变压、电气隔离、功率调节与控制、可再生能源接入等多种功能的电力电子变压器(也称为固态变压器、智能变压器等),相关理论和技术的研究得到了越来越广泛的关注。但是,从总体而言,PET的大规模推广应用还有诸多问题需要解决。该文在分析PET发展历史的基础上,对PET涉及的关键技术,尤其是PET的电路拓扑、控制保护技术、高频变压器优化设计技术、功率电路紧凑化设计技术、高压宽禁带半导体在PET中的应用等进行了梳理和总结。最后对PET发展存在的关键制约因素以及发展的趋势进行了总结和展望。

     

    Abstract: Power electronic transformer(PET) which is also called solid-state transformer(SST) or smart transformer is a new electric power conversion equipment that can fulfill the function of voltage transformation, galvanic isolation, power flow control and regulation, renewable energy interfacing and so forth. The research and development of PET technologies has gained more and more attention with the fast development of future grid technologies, such as smart grid, the energy internet etc. Whereas, there are still many technical issues to be resolved before large-scale applications. Based on the PET development history, this paper summarizes and sorts out the PET related key technologies, especially the circuit topology, control and protection, high-frequency transformer design and optimization, compact design and optimization of the power circuits, application of wide bandgap power semiconductors and so on. In the end, the key obstacles to the further development of PETs and the technical trends are also summarized.
