电网和电网技术发展的回顾与展望——试论三代电网

Review and Prospect for Power System Development and Related Technologies:a Concept of Three-generation Power Systems

  • 摘要: 总结了国内外电网和电网技术的发展过程,将其划分为3个阶段,借鉴社会科学中的代际传承理念,提出了三代电网的概念,并且比较分析了三代电网的主要特征。20世纪前半期的电网属于第一代电网,以小机组、低电压、小电网为特征,是电网发展的兴起阶段;20世纪后半期的电网属于第二代电网,以大机组、超高电压、互联电网为特征,标志着电网进入规模化发展阶段;从21世纪初开始建设并设想到2050年在世界范围内实现的第三代电网,以非化石能源发电占较大份额和智能化为主要特征,是可持续发展和智能化的电网模式。文中电网指广义电网,即包括发电、输电、配电和用电在内的电力系统,因此,三代电网也可称为三代电力系统。分析了当前电网发展面临的新形势和新挑战,对未来40年的电网和电网技术发展进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: The development processes of domestic and foreign power grids were summarized.According to the development of power grids and related technologies,the process of power grid development can be divided into 3 stages.Borrowing from the theory of intergenerational inheritance in social science,a concept of three-generation power grid was put forward,and the main characteristics of the three generations of power grids were compared.The first generation power grid was developed from around 1900 to 1950,featured by small generation unit,low voltage power transmission and small grid.The second generation power grid was developed from about 1960 to 2000,featured by lager generation unit,extra/ultra-high voltage power transmission,interconnected grids,and large-scale power production.The development of the third generation power grid was launched at the beginning of the 21st century,and expected to be completed over 2050,featured by intelligence and non-fossil fuel generation holding a significant share.The third generation power grid is characterized as being intelligent and sustainable.The power grid refers to the general grid in this paper,including generation,transmission,distribution and loads.Therefore the third generation of power grid can also be referred as the third generation of power systems.The new situation and new challenges in the development of power grids were analyzed and the power grid technology development in the next 40 years was forecasted.
