SF6 Alternative Environmentally Friendly Insulating Gas: Research, Application and Outlook

  • 摘要: 为应对全球气候变暖趋势,强温室效应SF6气体的使用管控日趋严格,而环保气体绝缘设备的研发和应用是电力系统“双碳”目标实现的重要技术方向。近年来,以全氟异丁腈(C4F7N)气体绝缘420 kV气体绝缘开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)、全氟五碳酮(C5F10O)气体绝缘24 kV环网柜为代表的环保电力装备,已在多个国家实现工程应用,推进电力行业的绿色低碳转型。该文主要围绕C4F7N、C5F10O这两种有推广应用前景的环保替代气体,综述分子设计技术、微观参数、绝缘性能和分解稳定性、灭弧性能、设备材料相容性、工程应用等方面的最新研究进展,并对未来工程应用技术路线选择和技术研究方向进行展望,以期为我国绿色电力装备的研发及应用提供一定的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In response to the trend of global warming, the use and control of SF6 gas with strong greenhouse effect is becoming more and more strict, the development and application of environmentally friendly gas insulation equipment is an important technical direction for the realization of the " double carbon " goal of power system. In recent years, environmental protection power equipment represented by perfluoroisobutyronitrile(C4F7N) gas insulated 420 kV gas insulated switchgear(GIS) equipment and perfluoropentacarbon (C5F10O) gas insulated 24 kV ring network cabinet has been applied in many countries, which promoted the green and low-carbon transformation of power equipment manufacturing industry. This paper mainly focuses on C4F7N and C5F10O, two kinds of environmentally friendly alternative gases with application prospects at present, the latest research progress of molecular design technology, microscopic parameters, insulation performance and decomposition stability, arc extinguishing performance, equipment material compatibility, engineering application and other aspects of environmentally friendly insulating gases are reviewed. The future engineering application technology route selection and technical research direction are prospected, in order to provide some reference for the research and development and application of green power equipment in China.
