新型电力系统平衡构建与安全稳定关键技术初探

Preliminary Study on Key Technologies of Balancing and Stabilizing of Renewable-energy-dominated Power System

  • 摘要: 以新能源为主体的新型电力系统是新型能源体系的重要组成部分和实现“双碳”目标的关键载体。高速发展的新型电力系统带来了源网荷储要素复杂化、稳定耦合互动化、运行约束多元化、不同构建方案的经济成本差异扩大化的挑战。为此,该文分析新型电力系统平衡与稳定的特性变化,提出新型电力系统风光配比、储能规划、网架重构、变流器参数优化、短路控制等5个关键技术方向并开展初步研究,为构建新型电力系统提供参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The renewable-energy-dominated power system is an important component of the new energy system and a key carrier for the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. The rapid development of the renewable-energy-dominated power system has brought about the challenges, including the complexity of elements of the source-network-load-storage elements, the interactivity of the coupling of stability, the diversification of the operational constraints, and the expansion of the economic cost difference of different construction schemes. Therefore, the characteristic changes of balance and stability of the renewable-energy-dominated power system are analyzed in this paper. Then, five key technology directions are proposed and discussed, including wind-solar ratio, energy storage planning, grid reconstruction, optimization of converter parameters, and short-circuit control, so as to provide a reference for the construction of the renewable-energy- dominated power system.
