Overview of Electromagnetic Vibration and Noise in Radial-flux Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine

  • 摘要: 永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous machine,PMSM)因其优越的电磁性能被广泛应用,电机的振动噪声特性作为评价其综合性能的重要技术指标而备受关注。该文对径向磁通PMSM电磁振噪方面的国内外研究工作进行概述,对电磁力、结构模态、电磁振噪分析及抑制方面的现有研究进行系统归纳。对于电机电磁振噪的抑制,主要介绍结构优化方法和控制策略改进方法。最后,阐述现有PMSM电磁振噪研究存在的问题以及未来可能的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM) has gained widespread application owing to its outstanding electromagnetic performance. As a crucial indicator of overall performance, its vibration and noise characteristics have drawn significant research attention. This paper comprehensively reviews international research progress on electromagnetic vibration and noise in radial-flux PMSMs. A systematic summary is provided covering four key aspects: electromagnetic force analysis, structural modal characteristics, vibration/noise evaluation methods, and mitigation techniques. Regarding vibration and noise reduction, the discussion focuses on two primary approaches: structural optimization design and advanced control strategies. The paper concludes by identifying current research limitations and proposing potential future directions in PMSM vibration and noise studies.
