基于双重空间死区补偿的五相电机多参数分布辨识方法

Multiparameter Distributed Identification Method of Five-phase PMSM Based on Dual-space Dead-time Compensation

  • 摘要: 针对逆变器死区会使五相永磁同步电机基波及谐波空间产生非正弦畸变,降低参数辨识精度的问题,提出一种双重空间死区补偿方法。针对传统侵入式辨识方法对系统干扰大的问题,充分结合参数影响因素,提出一种新的基于自饱和及交叉耦合的多参数分布辨识方法。首先,采用d轴偏置电流注入方法,获得所有运行工况的dq轴电感在线辨识结果;其次,利用四阶方程拟合电感辨识数据;最后,结合拟合方程对定子电阻和转子磁链进行在线辨识。所提方法的合理性通过一台五相内置式永磁同步样机的仿真及实验结果进行验证。

     

    Abstract: To address the issue of inverter dead-time causing non-sinusoidal distortions in both the fundamental and harmonic spaces of five-phase permanent magnet synchronous machine, which subsequently lead to reduced accuracy in parameter identification, this paper presents a dual-space dead-time compensation method. Confronting the challenge of traditional invasive methods displaying high sensitivity to system disturbances, this paper fully considers the factors influencing parameters and introduces a new distribution identification method based on cross-and self-saturation effects. First, the d-axis bias current injection method is employed to obtain online identification results of the dq-axis inductance under all operating conditions. Then, a fourth-order equation is employed to fit the inductance results. Finally, the online identification of stator resistance and rotor flux linkage is used in conjunction with the fitting equation. The validity of the methods proposed is verified through experimental results using a five-phase interior permanent magnet synchronous machine prototype.
