电力级大功率飞轮储能系统耦合火电机组调频技术研究及工程应用

Research and Engineering Application of Frequency Modulation Technology of Power-level High-power Flywheel Energy Storage System Coupled With Thermal Power Unit

  • 摘要: 新型电力系统下,风光等分布式能源大规模并网发电导致系统对灵活性调节资源的需求剧增。大功率飞轮储能技术的快速发展可为解决电网频率安全稳定问题提供有效方案。该文针对飞轮储能系统耦合火电机组调频领域的应用问题,从“关键技术研发-系统方案设计-耦合调频控制”的思路出发,研究电力级大功率磁悬浮飞轮储能技术,设计火储耦合调频的电气接线和飞轮并入方案。结合工程实践提出火电机组耦合大规模飞轮储能群组协同调频的控制方案。目前,该技术已成功应用在灵武电厂两台600 MW亚临界火电机组,提升了一次调频、自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)等关键电能质量指标,火储联合系统一次调频合格率提升了21.26%,AGC调频的综合调节性能指标提升16.4%,项目年度总收益可达3 514.8万元,取得了良好的经济收益和社会效益,是飞轮储能系统在电力领域的一次成功实践。

     

    Abstract: Under the new power system, the large-scale grid-connected power generation of distributed energy such as wind and solar energy leads to a sharp increase in the demand for flexible adjustment resources. The rapid development of flywheel energy storage technology provides an effective solution to frequency security and stability of power grid. Aiming at the application of flywheel energy storage system coupled to thermal power units in the field of frequency modulation, this paper studies the energy storage technology of power class high-power maglev flywheel from the research idea of "key technology R & D - system scheme design - coupled frequency modulation control", and designs the electrical connection and flywheel integration scheme of fire-storage coupled frequency modulation. Finally, combined with the engineering practice, a control scheme of coupled large-scale flywheel energy storage group cooperative frequency modulation for thermal power units is proposed. At present, this technology has been successfully applied to two 600 MW subcritical thermal power units in Lingwu Power Plant, which has improved key power quality indicators such as primary frequency regulation and automatic generation control(AGC). The qualified rate of primary frequency regulation of the combined system has increased by 21.26%, and the comprehensive index of AGC regulation performance has increased by 16.4%. The total annual income of the project can reach 35.148 million yuan, which has achieved good economic and social benefits. It is a successful practice of flywheel energy storage system in the power field.
