Cascading Failure Modeling of Power Communication Coupled Network With Wind Power Considering System Operating State Transition

  • 摘要: 为反映新能源以及电力通信耦合关系对连锁故障的影响,提出计及系统运行状态转换的含风电电力通信耦合网络连锁故障建模方法。首先,分析电力网络与通信网络的结构耦合和功能依赖关系,建立耦合网络模型;其次,分析连锁故障的状态转移过程,分别建立通信业务失效评估模型以及各运行状态下的电力故障和控制措施仿真模型。其中,考虑通信控制业务状态和风电出力不可控性,提出预警状态下的过负荷控制过程;同时,计及源荷不确定性的功率平衡约束,建立紧急状态下的频率优化控制模型。最后,根据故障和控制措施的时序逻辑以及与运行状态间的关联关系,建立含风电的耦合网络连锁故障模型。算例给出耦合系统运行状态转换的5种典型模式,并分析风电不确定性等因素对连锁故障后果的影响,为提升耦合网络鲁棒性提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: To reflect the influence of renewable energy and power communication coupling on cascading failures, this paper proposes a modeling method for cascading failures of power communication coupled network with wind power considering system operating state transition. First, the coupled network model is established considering the structural coupling and functional dependencies of the power network and the communication network. Second, the state transfer process under coupled network cascading failures is analyzed. Then, the communication service failure assessment model and simulation models of power failures and control measures under each operating state are established respectively. Among them, the overload control process in the preventive state is proposed by considering the communication control service state and the uncontrollability of wind power output. At the same time, the frequency optimization control model in the emergency state is established by considering the power balance constraints of source-load uncertainty. Finally, the cascading failure model of coupled network with wind power is developed based on the sequential logic of faults and control measures and the relationship with operating states. The example offers five typical modes of coupled system operating state transition, and analyzes the impact of wind power uncertainty and other factors on the consequences of cascading failures, providing a theoretical basis for improving the robustness of coupled networks.
