Parameter Optimization of the DC Distribution System Controller Considering Measurement Delay

  • 摘要: 随着DC/DC换流器(简称为换流器)在直流配电系统的大规模应用,反馈信号的延时导致换流器难以接收到实时信号,滞后的换流器控制可能引起负荷侧电压在延时状态下失稳。由于延时具有随机性,对负荷侧电压的影响不可避免。该文提出一种基于范数条件约束的优化策略,它在不增加额外辅助控制器的基础上,保证延时状态下换流器稳定运行的同时,极大地保留了系统的动态响应性能。该文首先分析延时下换流器的稳定性,并找到制约稳定性的关键因素:电压外环控制器参数设置不合理;其次,构建电压扰动与负荷侧电压响应的范数不等式,通过Lyapunov函数找到使得范数不等式成立的最优电压外环控制器参数;最后,以某区域直流配电系统作为研究算例,通过对比控制参数优化前后系统的综合性能,验证所提方法的有效性和正确性。

     

    Abstract: With the large-scale application of DC/DC converter in DC distribution systems, the delay of feedback signal makes it difficult for converters to receive real-time signals, and the delayed converter control may cause the load side voltage instability under the delay state. However, the voltage instability cannot be completely avoided because the time delay is random. This paper proposes an optimization strategy based on the constraint of norm condition. The optimization strategy in this paper ensures the stable operation of the time-delay system, and greatly maintains the response ability of time-delay system. First, this paper analyzes the system stability in phases, and the key point of stabilization to the time-delay system in the unreasonable parameter of the voltage loop control. Then, this paper constructs the norm inequality about voltage disturbance and response, and the optimal controller parameter is found with the Lyapunov function verifying the norm inequality. Finally, a smart and new energy microgrid in Shanxi province is studied as a case. The comprehensive performance of the system is compared by the parameter before and after optimization. Therefore, the effectiveness of the optimization strategy is verified.
