Abstract:
The configuration of energy storage at renewable energy power station, power grid and customer sides is conducive to the safe and economic operation of new power system. Most of the current configuration schemes are independently considered for the energy storage demand of a certain side, ignoring the mutual support ability and sharing space of the energy storage capacity of each side, which will easily cause waste of social energy storage resources and reduce the return on energy storage investment. Therefore, based on the revenue model analysis of renewable energy, power grid and customer-side independent energy storage, this paper discusses the capacity sharing capacity of each side of energy storage, and proposes a capacity sharing mechanism of renewable energy-grid-customer-side energy storage. Furthermore, a two-layer optimization model of renewable energy-grid-customer-side energy storage configuration considering capacity sharing is proposed. The upper layer is a long-period energy storage optimization configuration model, and the lower layer is a short-period energy storage optimization scheduling model considering capacity sharing. An optimal solution method for the configuration scheme considering capacity sharing is established. The numerical examples show that the proposed method can realize the sharing and cooperative configuration of energy storage on all sides of the system, thus effectively improving the capacity utilization of energy storage on all sides and avoiding the redundant configuration of energy storage in the system.
