Abstract:
The three-phase voltage resource converter (VSC) working process can be treated as the switching between different switching states (i.e., subsystems), which is a typical switched system. Based on the switched system theory, a switching control strategy of three-phase VSC based on power switching model is proposed for balanced grid condition. Comparing with the traditional linearization modelling and control methods, the proposed method has advantages such as accurate mathematical model, simple control structure, less control parameters, no rotation coordination transformation and pulse width modulation process, as well as enhanced robustness to the circuit parameters uncertainty. Comparing with the traditional switching control methods of three-phase VSC based on current switching model, the proposed method is more convenient to system analysis and switching rule design, and the system stability under system delay condition is improved. The simulation and experiment comparison results verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
