Review on Low-carbon and Economic Development of Seaport Integrated Energy System

  • 摘要: 在我国“碳达峰与碳中和”愿景下,海港综合能源系统正通过全面电气化降低二氧化碳排放,实现海洋能源的可持续发展,但多能流融合给海港能源配置与优化运行带来新挑战。该文首先结合海港节能减排政策,对海港综合能源系统低碳经济发展进行概述;然后,从能源侧、负荷侧和能源存储3个层次分析海港综合能源系统特点,总结促进海港低碳减排的能源交易、碳捕集与利用封存、储能系统优化配置和多能互补协同优化运行关键技术;最后,对基于储能系统的未来海港低碳经济发展研究方向进行展望。

     

    Abstract: To achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", carbon dioxide emission of seaport integrated energy system is reduced by full-electrification for sustainable development. However, multi-energy flow integration poses critical challenges to seaport integrated energy systems on optimal planning and operation. First, this paper summarizes the low-carbon economic development of seaport integrated energy system based on energy and emission policy. Then, the characteristics of the seaport integrated energy system are analyzed from energy side, load side and energy storage side. Furthermore, the key technologies of energy trading, carbon capture, utilization and storage, optimized configuration of energy storage system and multi-energy complementary collaborative optimization to promote the low-carbon emission reduction of seaports are investigated. Finally, the essential problems and future study of low-carbon economy development for seaport microgrid based on energy storage system is prospected.
