基于阶比分析的永磁同步电机偏心故障诊断研究

Eccentric Fault of Diagnosis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Order Analysis

  • 摘要: 该文以电机偏心故障诊断为背景,针对传统的基于电机电流分析方法的故障特征弱,且无法处理非平稳信号的缺点,引入阶比分析技术,将时域非平稳信号转换成角域平稳信号。首先,建立电机偏心故障模型;然后,分析偏心故障对电机电流的影响,得出阶次谱中故障特征;最后实现偏心故障诊断。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法能够在电机非稳态运行过程中检测出电机的偏心故障,有效地克服传统快速傅里叶变换分析带来的“频率模糊”现象。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, based on the background of motor eccentric fault diagnosis, the fault characteristic of the traditional motor current analysis method is weak, and it cannot deal with the non-stationary signal, hence order analysis technology is studied and is used to transform time domain non-stationary signal into angular domain stationary signal. In this paper, the eccentric fault model of motor is established. The influence of eccentric fault on motor current is analyzed. The fault characteristics in order spectrum are obtained or realize the eccentric fault diagnosis. Simulation and experimental results show that this method can detect the eccentric fault of motor during non-stationary operation process, and effectively overcome the "frequency ambiguity" phenomenon caused by traditional fast Fourier transform.
