高比例分布式光伏接入的配电网过电压责任分摊方法

Allocation Method of Overvoltage Responsibility in Distribution Network With High Proportion Distributed Photovoltaic

  • 摘要: 高比例分布式光伏接入中低压配电网后,在午间时段,分布式光伏的高发电功率与用户的低负荷需求会导致配电网发生潮流倒送,进而引发过电压问题。在分析配电网过电压机理的基础上,提出基于功率传输转移分布因子(power transfer distribution factor,PTDF)和电压灵敏度矩阵的光伏接入点倒送功率配额分配方法。然后,以该配额为基准,当接入点倒送功率大于配额且发生过电压问题时,采用Shapley值法计算每个接入点的分布式光伏主体对过电压应分摊的责任。最后,采用33节点算例验证所提过电压责任分摊方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: After high proportion of distributed photovoltaics (PVs) connected to the medium-and-low voltage distribution network (DN), the unbalance between PVs' high generating and users' low load demands in midday will lead to the reverse power flow in DN, which will cause overvoltage problem. On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of overvoltage problems, this paper proposes a quota allocation method for reverse power at PV-connected points based on Power Transfer Distribution Factor (PTDF) and voltage sensitivity matrix. When the reverse power of PV access point is greater than the quota and overvoltage problem is occur, the Shapley method is used to calculate the responsibility of each PV access point for the overvoltage. Finally, a 33-node study is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed overvoltage responsibility sharing method.
