Research on the Construction of a System-friendly "No Thermal Power" Energy Base

  • 摘要: 电力系统从传统的化石能源为主体向以新能源为主体的转型是实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的重要发展路径。伴随着新能源的高比例入网,能源大基地的建设随之提速。在新能源大基地的建设理念下,该文从电源侧的角度挖掘新能源系统的主动支撑能力,结合多种储能形式,以火电厂的发电量指标、调峰、一次调频、惯量响应能力等作为特征目标,以内蒙某地区火电及新能源数据为例,研究满足特征目标的能源大基地构建方法,并展望在能源大基地建设的趋势下,“无火电”能源大基地在新型电力系统向安全、经济、绿色协同运行转型中的意义。

     

    Abstract: The transformation of the power system from traditional fossil energy as the main body to new energy as the main body is an important development path to achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality". With the high proportion of new energy entering the grid, the construction of large energy bases has been accelerated. Under the concept of the new energy base construction, this paper explores the active support capability of new energy system from the perspective of power supply, as well as combines various energy storage forms using the power generation index, peak regulation, primary frequency regulation, and inertia response capability of thermal power plants. As the characteristic target, taking the thermal power and new energy data in a certain area of Inner Mongolia as an example, this paper studies the construction method of the energy base that meets the characteristic target, and predicts that under the trend of the construction of the energy base, the "non-thermal power" energy base will be used in the new power system.
