Fast Detection Method of Medium-high-frequency Oscillations Based on Equal-band Multi-channel Signal Tracking and Screening

  • 摘要: “双高”系统中多电力电子设备所引起的中高频振荡问题日益显著,传统振荡检测方法难以兼顾中高频振荡检测的准确性与灵敏性,已无法满足中高频范围内的振荡检测新需求。为此,文中提出一种等频段多通道信号跟踪和筛选的中高频振荡快速检测方法,包括工频陷波环节、等频段多信号跟踪筛选通道、阈值判断环节。首先,待检测信号通过工频陷波环节实现基频信号的消除;然后,进入等频段多信号跟踪筛选通道,每个通道通过锁相环和低通滤波器实现特定频率范围内振荡信号的快速追踪,最终由多个通道共同作用覆盖中高频范围;最后,各通道输出经过阈值判断环节实现中高频振荡的快速检测。针对所提快速检测方法,提出等频段多通道信号跟踪和筛选的中高频振荡快速检测方法中,工频陷波环节、等频段多信号跟踪筛选通道、阈值判断环节的参数设计原则和方法。在中频和高频数值信号、模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)系统的高频振荡、MMC系统的中频振荡案例中对所提出方法的有效性进行了对比验证,结果表明,所提检测方法可实现对中高频振荡频率与幅值的快速追踪,且振荡频率检测误差可通过通道数设置进行主动控制,对于中高频振荡的检测具有良好的准确性和灵敏性,满足中高频振荡预警及抑制的检测需求。

     

    Abstract: The medium-high frequency oscillation problems caused by multiple power electronics in the "double high" system are becoming more and more significant. Traditional oscillation detection methods have difficulty in balancing the accuracy and sensitivity of medium-high- frequency oscillation detection, and are no longer able to meet the new demands of oscillation detection in the medium-high frequency range. For this reason, a fast detection method for medium-high frequency oscillation based on equal-band multi-channel signal tracking and screening is proposed in this paper, including fundamental frequency notch link, equal-band multi-signal tracking and screening channel and threshold judgment link. First, the power frequency notch link is used to eliminate the fundamental frequency signal in the signal to be detected, and then enters the equal-band multi-signal tracking and screening channel. Each channel realizes the fast tracking of the oscillation signal in a specific frequency range through a phase-locked loop (PLL) and low-pass filters. Multi-channels work together to cover the medium-high frequency range. Lastly, the output of each channel is transferred to the threshold judgment link, and the fast detection of the rapid detection of the medium-high frequency oscillation signals is realized. The parameters design principle and method of the power frequency notch link, the equal frequency multi-signal tracking and screening channel and the threshold judgment link in the fast detection method of equal-band multi-channel signal tracking and screening are proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in the cases of the medium- frequency and the high-frequency numerical signals, the high-frequency oscillation of MMC system and the medium-frequency oscillation of MMC system. The results show that the proposed detection method can quickly track the frequency and amplitude of the medium-frequency oscillations, and the detection error of oscillation frequency can be actively controlled by setting the number of channels. It has good accuracy and sensitivity for the detection of medium-frequency oscillations and meets the detection needs before early warning and suppression of medium-frequency oscillations.
