Abstract:
The renewable energy station (RES) and battery energy storage system (BESS) can be formed as a renewable energy and battery integrated unit (REBU), which will help control generation schedule deviations at the source and reduce the burden of grid regulation. Similarly, as RES, REBU also needs to roll declare power generation schedule curve before and within the day. This paper designs a rolling report method suitable for REBU rolling declare power generation curve. In addition, the generation schedule of curve rolling declare and the execute strategy are put forward to enhance the ability to deal with rolling assessment and reduce the rolling assessment fines. This strategy considers the role of BESS in controlling deviation of the power generation schedule by using expectation control ability indicators. The calculation example shows that the rolling assessment method of the power generation schedule and the operation strategy of REBU can convey the assessment demands of the power grid. It can also more clearly reflect the demands of REBU to seek investment benefits and operational benefits.
