基于控保结合的适配孤岛场景单相接地故障的新型距离保护方案

A Novel Distance Protection Scheme for Island Grid Based on Control Combined With Protection Under Single-phase Ground Fault

  • 摘要: 受逆变电源在故障期间控制策略的影响,在孤岛场景下,适用于传统同步机电网中的现有提高距离保护抗过渡电阻能力方案的性能被劣化。该文首先介绍孤岛场景下逆变电源的工作模式和故障期间的传统控制策略,在此基础上,提出一种新型负序电压抑制策略。该控制策略与传统负序电流抑制策略相结合,实现在故障期间新能源场站侧负序支路的开路和储能侧母线端负序支路的短路;进一步,基于复合序网中的负序网络,推导单相接地故障下故障距离的求解方法。基于PSCAD/EMTDC的仿真结果表明,该方案具有较高的故障距离测量精度,可提升距离保护在单相接地故障下的抗过渡电阻能力。

     

    Abstract: Affected by the control strategy of inverter-interfaced generators, the performance of existing methods for improving anti-transition resistance capabilities in traditional grids deteriorate under island grid. This article first introduces the operating mode and traditional control strategy of inverter-interfaced generators during fault period. Based on that, a novel negative sequence voltage suppression strategy is proposed. Combinend with the traditional negative sequence current suppression strategy, the control strategy realized the open circuit in negative sequence branch on the side of the new energy station and the short circuit in negative sequence branch on the side of the storage station bus during the fault. Furthermore, based on the negative sequence in the composite sequence network, solution of fault distance under single-phase ground fault is proposed under single-phase ground fault. Based on the PSCAD/EMTDC, the simulation results show that the scheme has a high measurement accuracy of calculating fault distance, which greatly enhances the anti-transition resistance capabilities of distance protection under single phase ground fault.
