电工绝缘纸电气性能的调控方法研究进展

Research Progress on Control Methods of Electrical Properties of Electrical Insulating Paper

  • 摘要: 由于绝缘纸与绝缘油的介电特性不匹配,变压器内油和纸中电场分布严重不均,使绝缘结构难以优化,容易引发绝缘事故,该问题在特高压换流变压器中更为突出。因此,为提高变压器的绝缘可靠性,绝缘纸电气性能的调控十分关键。该文分析纤维素绝缘纸的组成以及其电气性能的影响因素,论述制备过程对绝缘纸电气性能的影响,从纳米改性、化学改性以及物理掺杂等3个角度综述绝缘纸电气性能调控的进展,结合合成纤维绝缘纸的研究现状,提出绝缘纸电气性能调控今后需要关注的问题。

     

    Abstract: Due to the mismatch of dielectric characteristics between insulating paper and insulating oil, the electric field distribution in oil and paper in a transformer is seriously uneven, which makes it difficult to optimize the insulation structure of the transformer and easy to cause insulation accidents. This problem is more prominent and urgent in UHV converter transformers. Therefore, in order to improve the insulation reliability of transformers, the regulation of electrical performance of insulating paper is very important. This paper analyzed the composition of cellulose insulating paper and the influencing factors of its electrical properties, discussed the influence of the preparation process on the electrical properties of insulating paper, and summarized the progress in the regulation of electrical properties of insulating paper from the perspectives of nano modification, chemical modification, and physical doping. Finally, combined with the research status of synthetic fiber insulating paper, this paper put forward the problems that need to be paid attention to in the future.
