功率因数角偏差导致的线路无功量测异常及其检测方法

Detection Method for Abnormal Measured Reactive Power Loss Data of Transmission Line Induced by Power Factor Angle Deviation

  • 摘要: 互感器测量误差等因素会导致同步相量测量装置(phasor measurement unit,PMU)幅值、功率因数角量测产生偏差,进而导致有功、无功测量异常,但对于无功测量异常的检测方法鲜见报道。该文在分析功率因数角偏差可能造成无功量测异常原因的基础上,结合与相角无关的线路无功损耗估计,提出一种无功损耗量测值异常的检测方法。首先,介绍对称双回线无功测量不一致的现象;其次,分析PMU无功量测偏差的来源,结合灵敏度分析,解释了功率因数角偏差对无功测量影响远大于有功,可能造成无功测量异常原因;再次,推导与相角无关的、基于PMU幅值量测和线路参数的线路无功损耗基准估计表达式,并分析量测误差和线路参数偏差对其的影响;进一步,提出一种无功损耗量测异常在线检测方法,该方法也可用于线路单端无功量测异常检测。同时,该方法不需要预先校准或精度较高的参考互感器,可实现在线检测。仿真和实测算例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。

     

    Abstract: Errors in instrumental voltage and current transformers can lead to amplitude and power factor angle deviation measured in synchronous phasor measurement unit (PMU), and result in abnormality in active and reactive power measurement. However, detection methods for abnormality in reactive power measurement are rarely studied. In this paper, the fact that the power factor angle deviation would induce abnormal measured reactive power loss is derived. Combined with the estimation of transmission line (TL) reactive power loss independent of phase angle, a detection method for reactive power loss measurement abnormality is proposed. In detail, first, the inconsistency of reactive power measurement of a double circuit line is introduced. Then, the fact that power factor angle deviation would influence the reactive power measurement more significantly than that of active power, and induce abnormal reactive power measurement, is theoretical explained with sensitivity. Furthermore, an estimation for the TL reactive power loss based on PMU amplitude measurement and TL parameters (independent of phase angle) is derived and quantitatively analyzed. Moreover, a detection method for the reactive power loss abnormality of TL is proposed, which can also be applied in detection for reactive power measurement abnormality of single bus of a TL. The proposed method does not require pre-calibrated or high-precision transformer as reference, and can realize online detection. Finally, the results with simulated and measured measurements data show the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method, respectively.
