离散均匀分布随机SVPWM中伪随机数序列的表征与选择

Characterization and Selection of Random SVPWM Pseudo Random Number Sequence Based on Discrete Uniform Distribution

  • 摘要: 采用随机的脉宽调制策略存在随机因子与输出电压功率谱之间关系不明确的问题。通过对随机位置SVPWM和随机周期SVPWM选用的伪随机数序列所服从的概率分布进行分析,利用随机过程理论建立该序列中概率参数和频域上谐波分布的联系。同时,推导服从离散均匀分布的伪随机数序列的功率谱数学表达,揭示功率谱与伪随机数序列之间的内在联系。提出应用梅森旋转算法来构造伪随机数生成器,改善传统线性反馈移位寄存器循环周期短、随机性差等缺陷。通过仿真和实验对比不同伪随机数生成器对功率谱中开关频率及其倍数处离散谐波能量的分散效果。结果验证所提出的方法和理论分析的正确性,为研究随机SVPWM对改善功率变换器中噪声和振动问题提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: To deal with the uncertain relationship between random factors and the power spectrum (PS) of output voltage in the random pulse width modulation strategy, this paper analyzes the probability distribution of pseudo-random binary sequence (PRBS) in random position SVPWM and random period SVPWM. The relationship between the probability parameters in the sequence and the harmonic distribution in the frequency domain is established based on the theory of random processes. The mathematical expression of the PS of the PRBS following a discrete uniform distribution is derived, and the intrinsic connection between the PS and the PRBS is revealed. Then, Mersenne Twister is proposed to construct the PRBS generator, which improves the performance of the linear feedback shift register with short cycle time and poor randomness. The effect of different pseudo-random number generators on the suppression of switching frequency harmonics in the PS is compared through simulation and experiment. The results verify the correctness of the proposed method, thus providing a reference for the study of random SVPWM to improve power converter noise and vibration.
