Decision Knowledge Modeling and Implementation for Power Grid Dispatching and Control

  • 摘要: 特高压交直流工程建设及大规模新能源接入电网,对电力调度运行提出更精细化要求,传统依靠调度人员记忆和理解各类文本形式调度规则的方法不再适用。该文分析电网稳定运行规定(简称稳定规定)的特点及复杂性,并介绍适用于稳定规定表述的产生式规则系统。接着提出稳定规定知识模型的系统性建模方法,建立稳定规定通用概念知识模型,采用决策图谱对概念知识模型进行表述,采用决策模型和标注法对概念知识模型进行具体实现。之后,基于数字孪生电网模型,提出稳定规定知识模型的数字化实现技术路线,并介绍基于该知识模型研发的稳定规定数字化应用系统在实际生产中的应用情况,还对其可能的拓展应用场景进行展望。

     

    Abstract: With the construction of UHVAC/DC lines and the large-scale renewable energy integration in China, more refined rules have been required for the power dispatching, which makes it difficult for the dispatchers to memorize and reason the rules in the current document/text form. This paper analyzed the characteristics and the complexity of the power grid dispatching rules and reviewed the production rule system, which can represent the dispatching rules. Then, a systematic modeling process to develop dispatching rule knowledge model was proposed. The structure of dispatching rule conceptual knowledge model was developed and a decision graph approach was used to represent the model. Decision Model & Notation (DMN) standard was adopted to implement the conceptual knowledge model. In addition, based on the digital twin power grid model, an approach to implement the dispatching rule knowledge model was proposed. The proposed knowledge model was used in the implementation of a dispatching rule digitization system, which has been in production in a provincial power grid in China. Some primary results of the rule digitization system and its potential application scenarios were discussed.
