“碳达峰、碳中和”目标下混氢天然气技术应用前景分析

Application Prospect Analysis of Hydrogen Enriched Compressed Natural Gas Technologies Under the Target of Carbon Emission Peak and Carbon Neutrality

  • 摘要: 氢能是我国实现“2030年前碳达峰,2060年前碳中和”的重要能源载体,基础设施发展动力不足是制约其大规模发展的重要因素。将氢气与天然气掺混形成混氢天然气(hydrogen enriched compressed natural gas,HCNG),并注入全国天然气管网,能够实现氢能的跨省区输运和利用,从而有效促进可再生能源的大规模消纳,助力“双碳”目标的早日实现。为此,该文全面探究混氢天然气技术在我国的应用前景。首先,从多角度评估氢能在我国碳减排进程中的发展潜力,并针对混氢天然气供应链的关键环节开展技术经济分析;随后,展望混氢天然气在我国能源系统的中长期发展路径;最后,阐述混氢天然气技术发展过程中一系列待研究的关键问题。

     

    Abstract: Hydrogen energy is an important energy carrier for China to achieve the target of "carbon emission peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060", while the lack of motivation for infrastructure development is a critical factor in restricting the large-scale development of hydrogen. Blending hydrogen with natural gas and injecting the hydrogen enriched compressed natural gas (HCNG) into the national natural gas pipeline networks can help realize inter-provincial transportation and utilization of hydrogen, which can effectively promote the large-scale consumption of renewable energy and facilitate the early realization of China's carbon reduction target. In this context, this paper comprehensively explored the application prospect of HCNG related technologies in China. Firstly, this paper evaluated the potential of HCNG in the process of China's carbon emission reduction from several aspects; secondly, technical and economic analysis was carried out for technologies related to the HCNG supply chain; subsequently, the multi-stage development path of HCNG penetrated integrated energy system (HPIES) was prospected; in the end, a series of key problems that may exist in the process of HCNG development were expounded.
