Application Scenario and Key Technology Prospect of Power Specific Integrated Circuit

  • 摘要: 随着数字电网的不断发展,电力定制化芯片(power- specific integrated circuit,PSIC)作为支撑电力数字化的基础性器件,得到了电力领域的广泛关注。该文首先从数字电网的需求和电力行业芯片发展现状出发,对电力定制化芯片的概念和研究内容进行探讨;然后,分别从电力定制化芯片架构、芯片软硬件边界、芯片运行保障以及芯片测试等方面,对电力定制化芯片的关键实现技术进行分析;接着,围绕发、储、输、变、配、用等各环节需求特点,对电力定制化芯片的典型应用场景和其所面临的定制化问题进行对应分析。最后,从电力行业发展需求的角度,提出电力定制化芯片所面临的科学问题以及面临挑战。

     

    Abstract: With the development of digital power system, power specific integrated circuit (PSIC), which aims at enabling power system digitization, has gained extensive attention. This paper discussed the concept and research content of power-specific integrated circuit from the demand of digital power grid and the current situation of chip development in the power industry. It respectively discussed the key technologies of power-specific integrated circuit from the aspects of chip architecture, chip software and hardware boundary, chip operation guarantee, and chip testing. It focused on the demand of each segment such as generation, storage, transmission, transformation, distribution and usage in power system. Then, the typical application scenarios of power- specific integrated circuit and the customization problems were analyzed. Finally, from the perspective of the development needs of the power industry, the scientific issues and challenges oriented to the power-specific integrated circuit were presented.
