Simple Extended-phase-shift Control for Direct Current Electric Spring With Parallel Topology

  • 摘要: 直流电力弹簧(direct current electric springs,DCES)作为一种解决光伏和风电并入直流微网出力不稳定而引起的电能质量问题的新途径,具有配置灵活、体积小等优势。该文提出一种针对基于三有源桥(triple active bridge,TAB)拓扑的并联型直流电力弹簧(DCES with parallel topology)的拓展移相(extended-phase-shift,EPS)控制策略,EPS控制相较于单重移相(single-phase-shifting,SPS)控制,具有减小电源侧回流功率、增大零电压开通(zero voltage switching,ZVS)区间、减小开关器件电流应力、减小光伏电源容量等优势。该文在EPS控制的基础上实现了在电源侧电压较大范围波动情形下并联型DCES全部开关器件的ZVS,并提出回流功率优化控制策略。最后,实验验证了所提EPS控制策略的正确性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Direct current electric springs (DCES), as a new way to solve the power quality problem caused by the uncertainty of the output of photovoltaic and wind power integrated into the DC microgrid, has the advantages of flexible configuration and small size. This paper proposed an extended-phase-shift (EPS) control strategy for DCES with parallel topology based on the triple active bridge (TAB). Compared with single-phase-shifting (SPS) control strategy, EPS can reduce the backflow power on the power supply side, increase the zero-voltage switching (ZVS) interval, reduce the current stress of the switching device, and reduce the photovoltaic power supply capacity and other advantages. Based on the EPS control, the ZVS of all the switching devices in the larger fluctuation range of the power supply side voltage of the DCES with parallel topology was realized, and the backflow power optimization control strategy was proposed. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed EPS control strategy were verified.
