油纸绝缘场致动态参数对换流变端部电场计算结果的影响

Influence of Oil-paper Insulation Electric-dynamic Parameters on Calculation Results of Electric Field at the End of Converter Transformer

  • 摘要: 换流变压器在运行时,油纸绝缘的介电参数受温度、场强影响处于动态变化中。然而传统工程设计通常忽略高温高场强的影响,将常温低电场下获得的材料参数用于电场计算。通过建立换流变阀侧绕组模型,利用不同温度、场强下油纸绝缘介电参数的实测数据进行仿真计算,对比研究常温低场强下的参数与实际运行温度、场强下的动态参数对电场分布的影响。研究结果表明:将定值参数用于计算电场较实际情况存在较大的设计裕度。

     

    Abstract: The dielectric parameters of the oil-paper insulation of converter transformer are in dynamic changes under the influence of temperature and field strength during operation. However, traditional engineering design usually ignores the influence of high temperature and high field strength, and uses material parameters obtained under normal temperature and low electric field for electric field calculation. This paper established the valve side winding model of the converter transformer, and used the measured data of the oil-paper insulation dielectric parameters under different temperatures and field strengths for simulation calculations. The influences of the parameters under normal temperature and low field strength with the dynamic parameters under actual operating temperature and field strength on the electric field distribution were compared and studied. The research results show that using the fixed-value parameters to calculate the electric field has a larger design margin than the actual situation.
