低转矩脉动和共模电压的永磁同步电机模型预测脉冲序列控制

Model Predictive Pulse Pattern Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor With Low Torque Ripple and Common Mode Voltage

  • 摘要: 文中以三相永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous machine,PMSM)为研究对象,以降低共模电压及转矩脉动为目的,提出一种模型预测脉冲序列控制(model predictive pulse pattern control,MP3C)算法。首先,通过电流预测和目标函数最小化得到初始矢量;然后,结合所选初始矢量及逆变器调制度,设计并选择对应的脉冲序列;最后,基于电流无差拍预测控制原则,求解待选序列中基本矢量的作用时间,确定最优序列并作用于逆变器。文中对传统两矢量模型预测控制(model predictive control,MPC)、三矢量MPC、基于共模电压抑制的MPC及所提MP3C4种算法进行实验对比研究。实验结果表明:所提算法能有效地抑制共模电压和转矩脉动,并简化了算法复杂度。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce common mode voltage and torque ripple, a model predictive pulse pattern control (MP3C) method was proposed for permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM). Firstly, the first vector was obtained by current prediction and cost function minimization; then, the corresponding pulse sequence was designed and selected by combining the first vector and the modulation degree of the inverter. Finally, the duration times of the basic voltage vectors in the candidate pulse sequence were determined based on the principle of deadbeat predictive current control. A performance comparison of traditional dual-vectors-based model predictive control (DV-MPC), triple-vectors-based MPC (TV-MPC), reduced-common-mode- voltage MPC (RCMV-MPC) and the proposed MP3C schemes was carried out. Experimental results have verified that the proposed MP3C scheme can effectively suppress common-mode voltage and torque ripple, and simplify the algorithm complexity.
